Each little bird is just the right size and shape to grip within one’s hand, providing both tactile and visual stimulation. A Knitty Bitty Bird is the perfect all-occasion gift for a person living with Alzheimer’s disease but also for bird lovers, knitters, children, and anyone who delights in its quirky charm.

Story Starter Cards
Custom-designed STORY STARTER CARDS are a simple solution to the challenge of striking up a meaningful conversation with a person living with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia.
Each 8-1/2- x 11-inch laminated card inspires an interesting conversation or story. One side features a personal photo (provided by family) depicting a recognizable activity, occasion, person or item from the person’s earlier life. On the reverse side is a large-print list of open-ended questions to spark further dialogue. Ideal for care staff, visitors, family members and children to get to know the person behind the dementia.
